It is made with a living culture that breaks down the soybeans making it easier for us to digest them and benefit from all the nutrients, like calcium and zinc, that are normally locked away inside. It tastes great with a unique nutty savoury flavour that works well in all kinds of recipes. This version has rich Tamari and some zesty lemon juice, and two sea vegetables that are hugely popular in Japanese cuisine - Arame and Hiziki.
