Originated in China aka Red Churi. Characteristic sweet nutty flavour, much favoured in Japan. Soak 3-5 hrs. Cook 1 hour or pressure cook 15mins, simmer until soft for delicious soups, pates etc. Will sprout into tasty bean sprout salad (grows in combination best) e.g. Essential 3-day sprout mix.
