Organic wholemeal flour (47.60%), filtered water, organic raisins (13.84%), malted barley flour (2.58%) organic sunflow er oil (2.25%), organic molasses (1.60%), yeast, sea salt. Fresh stone milling ensures the maximum retention of essential oils, enzymes and nutrients created. Final baking in the special packaging ensures freedom from yeast and other unwanted organisms.
