Our coarsest grade of oatmeal - aka Pinhead. Oats, native to Central Europe are an important cereal of the temperate zones. Oatmeal is made by chopping the whole oat groat (grain) into pieces. Longer to cook, but makes full-flavoured porridge. Porridge- soak overnight, then cook until tender.
Packaged in an enivorment that also packages cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame seeds, soya beans, mustard, sulphur dioxide and sulphites
