If you are outside of our scheduled routes, a bespoke delivery may be possible, please give us a call on 0114 258 6056 or send us an email.

If you place an order that meets the minimum order value for your area there is no delivery charge.

Deliveries are possible for orders that don't meet this minimum order value but a delivery charge may be added.

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will not usually base the minimum order value for free delivery based on this new total, however if you require the out of stock items to be delivered once they are in stock, this will be considered a new order and the minimum order value for free delivery will again be calculated.

Yes, you are more than welcome collect an order from our warehouse in Meersbrook, Sheffield.

Please give us at least a days notice if you would like us to round up the goods for you.

Let us know you would like to collect your order when filling in the 'Delivery Notes' box as you checkout and we will reply via email confirming a collection date.

If your order contains non stock items, or we have sold out of stock that week, then we will have to order these in for you.

We always email a confirmation of any online order.

Yes! Anyone can shop at Lembas. 

Our Cash & Carry service is open during the follwing times:

If everything is in stock, you can collect straight away.

If you want a delivery we would need your order by (at an absolute minimum!) 3pm the day before. 

Please be aware some delivery runs can get to capacity, so more notice is better!

If we have to order items in, we would need your order by 5pm the Thursday before your delivery or collection.

The best way to use us, therefore, is to have your order in by 5pm the Thursday before you want the goods. 

All prices in our catalogue are listed exclusive of VAT.

If a product attracts VAT this will be denoted by a small ‘v’ in front of the price.

We are VAT registered and provide a full VAT invoice with every purchase.

We offer small discounts to repeat Trade and registered Co-Operative accounts.

Trade discount is 2% for orders before VAT of £200 - £299, and 3% for £300+.

Co-operative discount is 1% for orders before VAT of £350 - £499, 2% for £500 - £1,499 and 3% for £1,500+.

Discounts are not automatically applied and are offered at our discretion.

Discounts may not be offered for accounts in arrears or on an order placed late.

Product and Stock information

Information about product weight, case quantity, is it vegan, is it organic etc. can be found in our catalogue.

Please note we rely upon our suppliers sending us the correct information in the first instance - if you spot a verifiable error please let us know.

If you have a further question about a product, please email us or give us a call.

Generally speaking, if an item is listed as a 'stock' line, then we would normally carry enough in to cover an average weeks sales.

You filter search results by 'stock line'.

With that being said, however, we aren't immune to suppliers being out stock or having sold out of an item!

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.

Here’s a reminder about what data Lembas holds about customers and what it does with that data:

We only hold data relevant to our business which is your name, address, phone number, email address and order history.

These are only held for the purpose of deliveries, collections, notifying of stock levels and collection of payments.

We do not store any other personal details including any card details.

We will never pass your details on to 3rd parties.
