Ingredients:
Chickpeas, Red Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, White Kidney Beans, Aduki Beans, Black Turtle Beans & Mung Beans. A splendid mixture for pies, stews, salads etc. Soak 8-12 hrs. Rinse. Boil vigorously for 15 mins. Simmer for further 80 mins/ Pressure cook 20 mins.
