Originated in the East. Barley Flakes are rolled, usually slightly toasted, grains of Pot Barley. Adds a slight sweetness to any recipe of flakes, can be eaten raw (as in muesli), cooked to make a barley porridge, baked into flapjacks, biscuits or as part of a topping - e.g. savoury crumbles
Packaged in an enivorment that also packages cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame seeds, soya beans, mustard, sulphur dioxide and sulphites
