Wheatgerm with added Bran / 6x375g
Bran is the outer husk of the wheat grain, which is removed during production of white flours. The wheat germ is similarly removed, yet these elements contain most of the nutrients of the wheat grain. Use as a nutritional supplement &/or 'nutty' flavouring in any cooked or baked recipes.
